Job Title: Strategic Assistant to the Founders

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the founders in strategic planning, decision-making, and execution of business initiatives
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support strategic decisions
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure alignment with company goals
  • Act as a liaison between the founders and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and follow-up on key actions
  • Prepare presentations, documents, and briefings for meetings with stakeholders, partners, and investors
  • Manage the founders’ schedules, prioritize tasks, and assist with day-to-day administrative activities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information and present insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Familiarity with startup environments and a willingness to learn quickly
