Job Title: Strategic Assistant to the Founders
Location: Hyderabad/Fulltime

accounting, HR, leads, and more. We’re seeking a highly motivated Strategic Assistant to work
closely with our founders and help drive key initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the founders in strategic planning, decision-making, and execution of business initiatives
- Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support strategic decisions
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure alignment with company goals
- Act as a liaison between the founders and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and follow-up on key actions
- Prepare presentations, documents, and briefings for meetings with stakeholders, partners, and investors
- Manage the founders’ schedules, prioritize tasks, and assist with day-to-day administrative activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information and present insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with startup environments and a willingness to learn quickly
